Plasma Screen Commercial $ 1500 Exhibitors receive rights to have video (no sound) inserted in 50” plasma screens placed in a prominent location at the show. Exhibitors are responsible for art and coordinating the production with partner Spot Focus. This opportunity creates awareness and can be used to drive traffic to exhibitor’s booth, i.e. New Floor $1,000 installed in two days, see us in Booth 325. Entrance or Exit Distribution $1500 Exhibitor can have product distributed ( a single item ) to attendees at Info Booth of show. For instance, exhibitors can have a coupon or sample (must be approved by NCE) available. NCE produces the coupon book with their Spot Focus partnership. This is a great opportunity for companies that are looking to create an experience for their customers and can use this to drive traffic to their booth, stores or call in.
Promotional Bag Distribution $3,500 Exhibitor receives rights to distribute bags during show. Exhibitor must produce bags (minimum 9000) and ship to show site in timely fashion. This marketing opportunity builds awareness, creates brand loyalty and drives traffic. This opportunity can be especially useful for a company with a new product. Labor to hand out the Promo Bags at each show included . Opportunity to pre-load marketing offer into each bag, but must be done with own labor unless contracted. . WebLink $ 250 Exhibitor receives opportunity for one web button to be on web site. The exhibitor must supply all art. More than 50% of our attendees visit our show web sites before coming to the shows. This means that exhibitors who purchase this opportunity have the possibility of reaching that audience before the show.
Logo ID in Show Guide $ 350 Logo appears on floor map page and shows where customers can find this exhibitor. The logo creates awareness and differentiates exhibitor from competitors.
E-mail Blast $ 900 NCE sends e-mail to list of potential attendees, creating awareness prior to the event and driving traffic to exhibitor’s booth during the event. This is great if someone is moving from one spot on the floor to another and is leery about the change. Also adds credibility to exhibitor’s product/service, as e-mail blast is sent by event producer.
Aisle Sponsor Exhibitor receives Logo and script on a 2’ x 4’ floor decal placed at the head of their aisle with their logo that says (example) Aisle 7 is Sponsored by Your Company see us in Booth 725 for a deal on Windows.
