How do I purchase tickets? You can save time and purchase online, or you may purchase your tickets at one of the box offices, set-up outside the show entrance. Adult admission to the show is $11.00. Children under 12 are free of charge with a paid admission.
Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show? Yes, we offer a return ticket if you would like to come back to the show. Visit the show office (located in the Grand Ballroom) to obtain a return ticket.
Is a shuttle service available from area parking lots? No. All parking areas are within short walking distance to the convention center.
How much does parking cost at the facility? The parking at the Santa Clara Convention Center is FREE. There is additional parking located across the street in Paramount's Great America parking lot once the parking garage at the Convention Center is full.
Is food available at the venue? Yes, the Santa Clara Convention Center has concession areas with food and refreshments for all events at the facility.
Are there ATMs on site? Yes. The ATMs are located near the front entrance of the show, near the UPS station. They are occasionally re-located by the facility. If you need assistance locating an ATM, please visit the show office.

Are wheelchairs available to borrow? Yes, there is a limited quantity available at the show office. We require a valid driver's license in exchange for a wheelchair.
